1. If the item is faulty, please accept our apologies; if you notify us of the details of the fault we will investigate. Faulty items will be replaced at no extra cost (we will refund postage costs incurred to send items back up to £4.99).
Please Note: we are unable to consider a refund/replacement for items deemed to have sustained damage outside the normal lifespan (6 months).
2. If we sent the wrong item/size/colour, please accept our apologies; if you return it to us we will replace it at no extra cost (we will refund postage costs incurred to send items back up to £4.99).
3. EXCHANGES - If you wish to exchange the item(s) for a different size, please return it within 14 days of receipt to the address below and we will replace it. You will need to cover the cost of sending it back to us, but we will send out the replacement at our own expense (no additional cost to you).
4. REFUNDS - If you have changed your mind and do not want the item(s), we will refund your purchase cost (excluding delivery) provided: · you return the within 14 days of receipt, the item · it is unused & any swing tickets are still attached · it is not personalised or initialled
5. Please note: we cannot exchange items which have been personalised or initialled, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Please be sure before ordering.
6. Care instructions for items with vinyl print: Garments with added vinyl print require special care when washing & drying. Do not wash above 30c or tumble/radiator dry. Print quality can deteriorate in rare circumstances if these guidelines are not adhered to. Please contact us with any queries or issues should they arise.
7. Please note that staff kits are MADE TO ORDER and therefore cannot be returned for an exchange. Please ensure your sizing is correct before ordering.

Please note: we are not contracted to hold stock for these schools/clubs & order kit for embellishment when you order it from us - therefore once a school/club badge is added the item becomes be-spoke & is non returnable. Although we will do our best to facilitate exchanges & refunds in conjunction with future order windows we can not guarantee one.
