Delivery

Our delivery terms are different for each school, university or sports club we supply. We endeavour to dispatch goods as promptly as possible.

 

For Schools we are contracted to hold stock for, we aim to despatch orders within 2-4 working days during term time.
During our busiest months (August & September) delivery may take 4-7 working days.

 

For Sports Clubs we are contacted to hold stock for, we aim to despatch orders within 2-5 working days.

 

For non-contracted schools & sports clubs we do not hold stock & delivery timescale will be generally take longer. Please see the shop header for an estimated delivery timescale. Sometimes we advise 5-14 working days, or we may process orders in an 'order window' with a specified order by & delivery date. We order kit for these schools/clubs per customer order & schedule in embroidery/printing of the crests in bulk.

We currently use DHL Parcel UK & ParcelForce as our main couriers for orders. Both companies offer a range of 'in-flight' services to aid smooth delivery, including email/mobile phone notification of hourly delivery slots and options to request; leave in a safe place, with a neighbour, or to change delivery address. We reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee if delivery fails due to incorrect details being supplied by the customer or the customer fails to  respond to warnings about re-delivery from the courier company.

 

We do not offer guaranteed delivery on saturdays, sundays or bank holidays.

 

Addresses outside the uk – currently we ship to the uk only

 

Courier delivery disputes: please inform us as early as possible if your parcel is not received successfully from the courier so we can investigate (after allowing 3 working days from despatch notification). Courier companies are unable to investigate after 14 days of the alleged delivery date - so our deadline for investigations is also 14 days after  the alleged delivery date. Please email support@tacklebag.co.uk and we will do our best to help with any courier issues.

 

We aim to acknowledge by email any emailed or mailed complaint within 2 working days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. 

 

General RETAIL please allow 3-7 working days for delivery (subject to stock availability).
